Depending on your postcode, we might be able to deliver your fresh meals straight to your door within 48 hours - now that’s fresh! Otherwise, you’re more than welcome to pick your meals up from our kitchen in Murrarie.

How many products do I have to order?

Our minimum order amount is 10 products.

Can I order through an app?

At this stage we do not have an app.

Can I buy Brubecks Boutique Foods in-store?

Yes. Brubecks products are available at a number of independent retailers such as Drakes, IGA, Foodworks and Spar. Find a Stockist near you >

Can I recycle the packaging?

We’re always working to use as little packaging as possible while still bringing you the freshest, tastiest product.

Right now, our containers can go straight into your household recycling bin once they’re clean.

The film seal on top isn’t recyclable yet, so that part needs to go in your regular waste bin.

We’re on the lookout for better, more sustainable options for our film so we can make all of our packaging friendlier for the planet.

What if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined we will send an email to notify you that your order has not been placed. You will reattempt to process your payment before the delivery can take place.

What payment methods are accepted?

Major Credit Cards are accepted except for American Express.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

Products

How fresh are my meals?

At Brubecks, freshness is our top priority. We manufacture meals five days a week to ensure you’re receiving food that’s just been prepared. On delivery, you can expect the following minimum shelf lives:

Leafy Salads: 7 days
Meals & Salads: 14 days
Tabouleh & Dryslaw: 9 days
Pizzas: 16 days

That way, you can enjoy your meals with confidence, knowing they’re made fresh and designed to last.

Are your products Australian made?

Yes all of our products are proudly QLD and Australian made at our purpose built facility in Murarrie QLD.

How do you ensure food safety and quality?

We operate in HACCP-certified facilities, with strict food safety and handling procedures. Our products are made fresh daily and transported in temperature-controlled vehicles.

Are you NDIS registered?

Brubecks is not currently a registered NDIS provider. However, if you're self-managed or plan-managed, we’re happy to work with you directly. Your support coordinator or plan manager can also place orders on your behalf—just let us know what works best for you.

How does it work for NDIS participants?

1. Confirm Your Eligibility

Check if your NDIS plan includes funding for meal preparation and delivery under support item 01_023_0120_1_1 – Assistance with the cost of the preparation and delivery of meals (part of Assistance with Daily Life).

2. Place Your Order

Browse our menu, choose your favourites, and place your order online or by phone. We’ll work with you or your nominated support person to make the process easy.

3. Receive Your Invoice

After you've placed your order, you’ll receive an invoice showing the 30/70% split—you can use this to claim up to 70% reimbursement from your NDIS plan (if eligible).

How long will my products last for?

Our products are made fresh and have varying shelf lives depending on the type. Here's a quick guide:

Leafy Salads - 7 days

Portion and Bulk salads - 14 days

Dryslaw and Tabouleh - 9 days

Meals - 14 Days

Pizza - 16 Days

Can I freeze my meals?

Our products are designed to be enjoyed fresh for the best taste and texture. We do not recommend freezing, as it can compromise the quality and overall experience.

Do you cater for allergies or specific dietry requirements?

Yes. We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and other dietary-friendly options. All items are clearly labelled for allergens and ingredients.

Delivery

How much is delivery?

FREE!

Will my order arrive fresh or frozen?

All of our products are made and delivered fresh.

When do I get charged?

You will be charged at the time of placing your order.

How do I change my delivery address?

It’s easy! Just reach out to us at info@brubecks.com.au with your new delivery details, and we’ll update it for you.

Where will the driver leave my order?

If nobody is home to receive the order our driver will find a safe place out of the sun for your delivery. If you would like it left somewhere specific you can let us know.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

No you do not need to be home to receive your delivery. Simply let us know where you would like your order to be left. Our Driver will do their best to find a protected secure location.

What time will my order be delivered?

We can not give an exact time for deliveries however our lovely office staff will email you the afternoon before with a 2 hour window.

What if I live in a gated community or high rise building?

No problem, just let us know anything we need to help the driver out such as gate codes or the best place to leave your delivery such as reception or a designated parcel room. We can also have the driver give you a call when they arrive.

Can I request contactless delivery?

Yes just let us know when you place your order or when we email you with your delivery window and we will pass your request on to our driver.

Can I get my order delivered to a business address?

Yes, just let us know anything we need to know when you place your order or when we contact you with your delivery window.

Can I change my delivery time or day?

While we’re unable to guarantee a specific delivery time, we do offer deliveries every Tuesday and Friday. You’re welcome to choose the day that suits you best! Prefer to pick up your order? You can also collect directly from our facility in Murarrie.
