  • Plan-Managed Participants: Your application will be sent to your Plan Manager for approval. Once approved, you'll pay 30% of the order upfront, and we’ll invoice your Plan Manager directly for the remaining 70%.
  • Self-Managed Participants: You'll pay the full amount upfront. We'll then provide an NDIS-compliant invoice so you can claim reimbursement through the NDIS portal.
